Coconut Cream is made from the White Flesh of fresh ripe coconuts. The White Flesh is pressed without the use of chemicals. The many uses include Indian and Oriental Curries, especially Thai Curries, soups, sauces, desserts or beverages. Also great for baking cakes, biscuits and making ice cream.
