RECIPE : Hummus
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of cooked Chick Peas (soak Chickpeas for 12 hours and simmer for 2 hours)
3 tspns of Tahini (Tahini is a delicious sesame paste)
1 tspn of Olive Oil
1 Lemon
Pinch of Salt
DIRECTIONS
Drain and wash the chickpeas and in a blender add all the ingredients, bar the salt and blend until it resembles a thick paste. Taste and add salt to desired liking.
