RECIPE: Island Style Guacamole
3 Tspns of Cacao Nibs
2 ripe avocados
1 Tomato
1 Spring onion,
1 Chilli (more if you prefer)
The juice of 1 lemon and salt
– Mix together all ingredients with a fork, cover  and leave in fridge until chilled. Then enjoy with your favourite corn chips or Mountain Bread Chips
