Quinoa is a fabulous GLUTEN FREE grain that can be used hot or cold, sweet or savoury.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
To cook, simply add 1.5 to 1, Water to Quinoa and gently boil for 15 minutes. Or you can microwave 1 to 1 for 8-12 minutes, until the little spirals are transparent and the Quinoa has lost its crunch to the bite.
Add to stir-frys, make porridge, salads. Quinoa is as flexible as rice or couscous.
