HOW TO COOK BUCKWHEAT
There are a few ways to cook buckwheat. Like rice Buckwheat can be steamed, boiled or absorbed. Generally it is recommended to roast in a dry pan Buckwheat before cooking.
Once this is done Buckwheat can be boiled and drained, steamed or boiled and absorbed (roughly 1 cup Buckwheat to 2 cups of water (or stock)
Buckwheat can be sweet or savory.
